This Privacy Policy describes how Credit Card Art LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operating the Pet Licence Factory brand (the "Service"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use pet-licence-factory.pages.dev and related pages (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to make and ship your custom pet licence sticker:
You provide directly
- Pet information you type into the builder (pet name, date of birth, species, height, weight, eye color, licence number — these are decorative and appear on the sticker).
- Photo of your pet. Processed in your browser, then sent to our servers so we can print it on the sticker.
- Shipping address, full name, and email — collected by Stripe Checkout during payment and passed to us so we can ship your order and email you updates.
- Payment information. Collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. We receive only a Stripe payment ID and basic confirmation metadata.
Collected automatically
- Standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL) used for security, debugging, and aggregate site analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 5.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To produce, package, and ship your order.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping notifications, replacement correspondence).
- To respond to your messages when you email us.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, law-enforcement requests).
- With your consent, to send occasional marketing or promotional emails. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your contact information to third parties.
4. Who We Share Information With
We share the minimum amount of information necessary with the following service providers. Each is contractually obligated to keep it confidential and use it only to provide their service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Credit Card Art LLC or others, or in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of business assets.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
The Site uses a small number of first-party cookies and may use third-party trackers to improve the Site and measure advertising effectiveness. We currently use or may use the following:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookie-less traffic measurement.
- Google Ads / Google Tag — conversion tracking and audience targeting for Google, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts advertising.
- TikTok Pixel — conversion tracking for TikTok advertising.
- Meta Pixel — conversion tracking for Facebook and Instagram advertising.
These third-party services may set cookies on your device and receive information about your visit. For details on how each provider handles data, see: Google, TikTok, Meta, Cloudflare.
Your choices
- Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality.
- Opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are honored where required by law.
6. Data Retention
- Order records are retained for 7 years for tax, accounting, and customer-service purposes.
- Uploaded pet photos are retained as long as the associated order record, so we can reprint replacement stickers on request.
- Marketing email lists — you remain on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7), subject to our legal obligation to retain payment and tax records.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct — ask us to fix inaccuracies.
- Delete — ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Portability — receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. We do not sell your information, but California law (CCPA/CPRA) treats some advertising cookies as "sharing." You can opt out by emailing us or enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser.
To exercise any right, email contact@creditcardart.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before acting and respond within 45 days.
California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
EU/UK residents — our lawful bases for processing are (a) performance of a contract (processing your order), (b) legitimate interest (fraud prevention, basic analytics), and (c) consent (marketing emails, advertising cookies). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
8. International Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you use the Site from outside the US (including the UK, EU, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand), your information is transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. We take reasonable measures, including contractual safeguards with our service providers, to protect that information.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls on our database, and segregated payment processing via Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice (such as an email to customers on our list).
